Delivery Information and Terms

NEW: Please note that plant bundles and terrariums are not available for postal delivery. These items are only available to order for local, in-person Bury St Edmunds delivery.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Grow My Wellbeing.

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Lead times may be shorter in less busy times.

Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.

Door to Door delivery to the following areas:

  • Lawshall, Suffolk (IP29 4PA, IP29 4QA, IP29 4QB, IP29 4QD, IP29 4QF, IP29 4QH) – free delivery for orders over £20 (£2 delivery for orders under £20)
  •  Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (IP29 5LT, IP29 5NY, IP29 5NZ, IP29 5PB, IP29 5PH, IP31 2QU, IP32 6AD, IP32 6AE, IP32 6AF, IP32 6AH, IP32 6AL, IP32 6AQ, IP32 6AR, IP32 6BD, IP32 6BE) – free delivery for orders over £30 (£2.95 fee for orders below £30)
  • Rest of the UK – Royal Mail, first class (next day) delivery – £5.50
  • We offer a delivery service on Tuesdays and Fridays

Delivery Information​

  • We cannot be held responsible for any damages once the items have been delivered.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your delivery order for a full refund up until 5pm the day before delivery and you must notify us by email if you wish to cancel.

  • In the very unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order, we retain the right to refund. We will notify you if there is any reason for this.

Returns and Refunds

  • If upon delivery of the product(s) you find that they are not those ordered by you, or the order is incomplete, or a product is in a damaged condition when you receive it, please notify us on the day of delivery by emailing hello@growmywellbeing.co.uk

  • If a product is not as on the Order Confirmation or damaged please retain the damaged products for our inspection. Subject to our report on the claimed damage we will refund the price you paid for the returned products, or at our option we will provide you with a credit for further products. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.

  • If you believe your item/s arrived in a damaged state, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. Please email hello@growmywellbeing.co.uk and include a photo of the item/s.

  • Sadly, we cannot offer refunds on rooted plants cuttings that are not liked. Please get in touch before ordering if you want to discuss whether you are choosing the correct plant for your home.

  • All non-plant items can be returned for a no-quibble refund, providing that this is done within 14 days of receiving them.

  • We will only make refunds to the original credit card or debit card account used by you to make the online purchase. Ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
